Airbus Flight Training Project Manager
Location
Airbus - Dublin
Permanent contract - Feb / Mar 2025
Description of the job:
Mission & Accountabilities
- Manage dedicated projects within flight training & provide solid project management, from project creation to deployment
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion and within budget
- Coordinate & communicate with Worldwide ATO and staff appropriately on project status and actions
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, provide KPIs
- Identify and propagate best practices, assess the impact of proposed changes, and facilitate change within the Airbus ATO
- Monitor, review, and act upon applicable regulatory, customer, and other external guidance related to the relevant flight training projects and program content and delivery
- Provide support for the development of the Airbus Flight Training program within the ATO and with customers
Candidate profile
Professional Experience
Solid & proven experience in project management & flight training (min 3 years)
Flight Operations & Airline experience
Knowledge & experience of CBTA, EBT and program development (ISD) appreciated
Education Requirements
Field
Flight Training & Project Management
Level
Aviation / Aeronautical Degree
Other Education Details
Project Management experience
Working knowledge of national aviation authority organisation(s) and regulations appreciated.
Technical skills
Project Management software knowledge
Language skills
Native English speaker. Other languages (particularly French is a plus)

The jobholder should:
- Possess clear communication and analytical skills, attention to detail with a clear ability to produce accurate reporting to management
- Have a good working knowledge of the SAFe Scaled Agile methodology
- Be flexible and reactive, with the capacity to handle a variety of time sensitive projects simultaneously and have the ability to work under pressure
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Demonstrate poise under pressure with proven capacity to excel in a high performance, growing and fast paced environment
- Communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Be team orientated and ready to work in a collaborative, highly interactive, multi-cultural, fast-moving and complex/technical environment
