Contexte/Environnement du poste :

Le comptable fournisseur se concentre sur tous les achats que réalise l'entreprise. Cela comprend bien sûr les matériaux destinés à la production, ou encore les produits finis directement commercialisables, mais aussi toutes les fournitures quotidiennes. Le comptable fournisseur travaille de concert avec les services des achats et supply. Le poste est situé à Salaunes (33), filiale de Airbus Atlantic , et sera rattaché hiérarchiquement au Chef Comptable.

Missions

  • Enregistrement des factures fournisseurs SAP que ce soit sur contrat BSC (Bon sur Consommation) ou commande classique.
  • Gestions des logiciels de dématérialisations
  • Répartition des factures par destination/nature pour les Douanes, Voyage, Intérimaires...
  • Gestion des litiges SAP
  • Tableau de Bord Comptabilité Fournisseur
  • Imputation analytique des écarts sur facturation
