Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Technical Referent for Avionics Network integration ( f/m) to join our Cockpit & Platforms Avionics Department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing Integrated Modular Avionic (IMA) computers (CPIOM, CRDC) as well as data and video networks (ADCN - Avionics Data Communication Network ), as well as the configurations of these avionics shared resources. As part of the Module Integration team you will be involved in the evolutions definition, configuration and integration of ADCN network to support avionic systems needs contributing to continuous improvement of Airbus A/C Programs.

Your challenges:

  • Stakeholders and Requirements Management:
    • Act as the technical ambassador of ADCN, leading the collection, understanding, and critical refinement of avionics needs from a diverse range of systems (incl. flight controls, landing gear, communication, alerting, etc.).
  • Architecture and Integration:
    • Contribute to the strategy for ADCN system modifications, ensuring resource optimization, impact minimization, and alignment with industrial program planning.
    • Manage and allocate ADCN resources to deliver the overall configuration for ADCN switches, in close partnership with the other members of the ATA-42 module integration team
  • V&V and Certification:
    • Initiate and prepare all associated Validation & Verification and Certification documentation, strictly adhering to certified processes and methodologies (DAL-A).
  • Continuous improvement and Innovation:
    • Proactively capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities from current programs to shape the development of future IMA-dependent aircraft platforms.

Your boarding pass:

  • Diploma in Engineering.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of avionics and embedded systems architecture.
  • Knowledge of avionics network / IT network technologies
  • Experience in multi-system or system architecture would be a plus
  • Experience in supporting multiple end-users in a systems transversal topic would be a plus

  • Proven capacity for proactive, autonomous work, coupled with good organizational and rigorous execution skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities, demonstrating a collaborative and team-player mindset.

This position is based in toulouse:
