Job Summary

The ACOQ3 Intern will support various projects and daily operations within Airbus (Tianjin)'s Quality department, contributing to the continuous improvement of assembly processes and product quality for A320 Family aircraft. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist the Quality team with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to manufacturing defects, non-conformities, and quality performance indicators.
* Support the implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures and standards on the assembly line.
* Participate in root cause analysis investigations for quality issues and contribute to the development of corrective and preventive actions.
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure adherence to Airbus quality requirements and specifications.
* Assist in preparing quality documentation, presentations, and training materials.
* Conduct basic inspections and audits to verify compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations.
* Provide administrative support to the Quality department as needed, including organizing meetings and managing documentation.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department.

Job Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
* Demonstrated interest in the aerospace industry and manufacturing processes.
* Prior internship or project experience related to quality, manufacturing, or engineering is a plus.
* Ability to commit to the internship duration as specified by Airbus (Tianjin).
