Then the position of

A350 Quality Program Integrator/ Subject Matter Expert for APQP and DFMEA (f/m)

is the right one for you:

You will join the transnational Quality Engineering for Flight Physics and Architecture and Integration team. Your main interfaces will be the Aircraft Architecture and Integration and the Flight Physics teams in Engineering and other quality engineering teams as well as aircraft chief engineering teams.

One part of your role will be A350 Quality Program Integrator (Business Quality Manager) ensuring that the deliverables of 1G and 1I to the Aircraft Program Technical Feeders for the Maturity Gates (MGs) are produced right first time under adherance to their processes and quality standards. Here, you will be expected to autonomously scope and follow the activities in terms of budget and workload. You will also be the quality engineering representative in the Overall Aircraft Design chief engineering team and towards the program quality team.

A second important part of the role will be the Subject Matter Expert for

1) Advanced Product Quality Planning for Overall Aircraft Design

2) Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) application to non specific design

Previous experience on APQP application and/or DFMEA application is required. You will be responsible to define and follow up the upskilling plan for the team, to provide awareness and coaching to the engineering teams.

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in transformation projects for engineering and quality and to discover the area of software and data quality assurance (DO178/200).

Required Skills:

- engineering, chief engineering or program background or from a related function and understanding of quality fundamentals

or

alternatively, experience in a quality function and basic knowledge of aircraft development processes and aeronautical engineering.

- previous experience in APQP and or DFMEA

- ability to influence and negotiate with diplomacy and to interact with multiple stakeholders

- curious, open minded, persistent

- digital competencies

- understanding of business management

- rigorous

- Language: English negotiation level
