SUMMARY OF POSITION:

日本におけるエアバスグループのヘリコプター事業を牽引するエアバス•ヘリコプターズ•ジャパン株式会社.その整備拠点である神戸空港事業所にて,ファシリティ,サイトセキュリティ,安全衛生,そしてBCP(事業継続計画)の分野を統括する中心的な役割を担っていただきます.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)ファシリティ•インフラ管理

  • 工場敷地•建物,駐車場の維持•管理
  • 備品,消耗品,作業着などの購買•在庫管理
  • 廃棄物処理(産業廃棄物など)の適正管理,法規制の遵守
  • 社内リース契約管理

2)サイト内セキュリティ(防犯•物理セキュリティ管理)

  • 工場敷地内への出入管理
  • 防犯カメラ,セキュリティゲート,入退室管理システムの運用•保守管理
  • 施設内の情報セキュリティ対策(機密保持エリアへの立ち入り制限,図面や重要書類の持ち出し管理など)
  • 警備会社との連携

3)防災•BCP(事業継続計画)管理

  • 防災計画•BCP(事業継続計画)の策定,定期的な見直し
  • 避難訓練,消防訓練,などの企画•運営
  • 防災備蓄品(食料,水,ヘルメット,救急用品等)の選定•維持管理

4)安全衛生

  • 安全衛生活動の推進(安全衛生委員会事務局)
  • 労働災害(労災)防止対策の立案,万が一の際の対応•報告

5)地域•行政対応•行事運営

  • 自治体や警察•消防など行政機関への各種申請•届け出
  • 近隣との良好な関係維持(騒音•環境対策,地域行事への参加など)
  • 工場見学の受け入れ対応,社内イベントの企画,実施

6)環境対応

  • 各種環境関連データの取得,報告

7)その他工場内の総務•庶務業務,労務サポート

1) Facility & Infrastructure Management

  • Maintenance and management of factory premises, buildings, and parking lots.
  • Procurement and inventory management of equipment, consumables, and workwear.
  • Proper management of waste disposal (including industrial waste) and compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Management of internal/company lease contracts.

2) Site Security (Crime Prevention & Physical Security Management)

  • Access control and visitor management within the factory premises.
  • Operation and maintenance management of security cameras, security gates, and access control systems.
  • Information security measures within the facility (e.g., restricting access to confidential areas, managing the removal of drawings and sensitive documents).
  • Liaison and coordination with security companies.

3) Disaster Prevention & BCP (Business Continuity Plan) Management

  • Development and periodic review of disaster prevention plans and BCP (Business Continuity Plans).
  • Planning and operation of evacuation and fire drills.
  • Selection and inventory management of disaster stockpiles (food, water, helmets, first-aid kits, etc.).

4) Health and Safety (HSE)

  • Promotion of health and safety activities (serving as the secretariat for the Health and Safety Committee).
  • Formulation of measures to prevent occupational accidents, and response/reporting in the event of an emergency.

5) Local Community & Government Relations, Event Management

  • Submission of various applications and notifications to government agencies, such as local municipalities, police, and fire departments.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with the local neighborhood (noise/environmental mitigation, participation in community events, etc.).
  • Handling facility tours (factory visits), and planning and executing company events.

6) Environmental Compliance

  • Data collection and reporting of various environmental metrics.

7) Factory General Affairs, Administration & Personnel Support

  • Handling day-to-day general affairs, administrative tasks, and on-site personnel support within the factory.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Essential / 必須

  • メーカー等の[工場]または[現場(建設•物流等)]での総務•管理部門の経験(2年以上)Experience (2+ years) in general affairs or administrative management within a factory environment (e.g., manufacturing) or hands-on operational sites (e.g., construction, logistics).
  • 現場(製造ライン等)に足を運び,コミュニケーションが取れる Ability to actively visit the shop floor (production/maintenance lines, etc.) and engage in proactive communication with site personnel.
  • 普通自動車免許 Valid Japanese ordinary driver's license.
  • Google WorkspaceもしくはMicrosoft office操作に関する知識 Knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Desirable / 望ましい

  • 衛生管理者(第一種)の資格保有者 Holder of the Health Supervisor License (Class 1).
  • 産業廃棄物や危険物,消防法など工場に関わる法規制の知識 Knowledge of industrial laws and regulations relevant to factory operations, such as the Fire Service Act, Industrial Waste Management, and Hazardous Materials regulations.
  • 業務委託業者との折衝経験 Experience negotiating with outsourced contractors
  • 人事•総務関係費用の予実管理経験 Experience in forecasting and managing HR and administration related costs
  • プロジェクトマネジメント経験 Experience in managing project
  • チームマネジメント経験 Experience in managing teams
  • 人事•総務関係費用の予実管理経験 Experience in forecasting and managing HR and administration related costs
  • 英会話 English language skills (conversation)
  • 多文化環境への理解と機敏性(Agility)をもった対応能力 Ability to understand and respond with agility in a multicultural environment
