About the role
Become a key player at Adaptavist as a Business Consultant on our global Service Management team. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as both an analyst and a trusted advisor, pinpointing client challenges and uncovering requirements that can be expertly addressed with our cutting-edge products and services. You’ll harness in-depth knowledge of our toolsets to craft customized solutions and lead transformative process improvements, seamlessly blending technology with strategic change management. What you'll be doing

  • Completes analysis and documentation to identify customer requirements
  • Guides clients to make an informed decision to best suit their needs in line with their requirements and constraints.
  • Collaborate with Technical Consultants to design and determine the implementation of recommended solutions
  • Advises and consults the client on ITIL framework and how it can be adopted.
  • Create tasks and functional specification documents.
  • Facilitate communication with all project stakeholders. Communicate project progress, ensure deliverables will meet the customer expectations and provide status reports as necessary.
  • Present the solution to the customer ensuring that the customer is aware and in agreement with the functionality delivered.
  • Support UATs and offer any necessary support in final solution rollouts.
  • Championing our customers!
  • Testing the solution prior of delivery

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of relevant experience with a proven ability as an analyst in software development, service delivery, or customer support.
  • Customer orientation, consulting mindset, and ability to manage relationships with customer stakeholders at board level.
  • IT and/or Enterprise Service Management experience (ITIL based).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile principles (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Advanced presentation skills, and ability to successfully interact with and present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work both remotely and at the office (Marousi, Greece) when required.

It's great, but not required if you have:

  • Experience with Atlassian Products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence), other ticketing tools such as BMC, Service Now, or other ITSM solutions will be considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions.
  • ITIL certification.
