About the role
In your role as a Senior Atlassian Consultant (all genders) you will leverage your expertise and contribute to the success of our customers' businesses. Your strategic insights and comprehensive understanding of Atlassian products will enable you to provide valuable guidance, optimize workflows, and streamline processes for our customers.

What you'll be doing
-Analyzing customer requirements together with your team and supporting our customers in digital transformation projects with Confluence, Jira, Trello & Co.-Functioning as the main contact person for our customers: As a project manager, you create project plans, estimate effort and budget and are responsible for the success of the project.-Conducting workshops and trainings so that our customers can get the most out of their work with the Atlassian tools.-Add new or enhance existing documentation and updates the ticketing system with client needs, meeting notes, project progress, deliveries, impediments etc..-Participating in internal analysis teams, recommending appropriate solutions and contributing with ideas and questions.-Communicating with clients in case of incidents during deployment, responding to questions and offering clarifications as necessary.

What we're looking for
-Several years of experience administering Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence etc.)-Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to successfully interact with external and internal parties via phone, video conferences, presentations, and written content.-Extensive experience in consulting, ideally in IT (software and digitization projects)-Experience in the management of digital transformation projects (preferably with a focus on Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Trello)-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak with customers in a clear and professional manner.-Demonstrated ability to document and maintain professional work standards.-Experience working in an agile team environment.-Good command of written and spoken German and English.
