About the role
As the Culture and Engagement Manager your role will be to support the PEx team (People Experience) in aligning the business and its people.Your work will cover culture, engagement and well-being initiatives (underpinned by inclusivity) that are designed to nurture our people and align them to the business goals and ambitions.
You will become the esteemed specialist in all matters of culture and engagement and you will work collaboratively across the PEx and HR functions.This role will assist the Head of Talent, Culture & Engagement in championing effective engagement practices across our business.With ambitious aspirations to establish Centres of Expertise and connect our Business and People, there couldn’t be a better time to join The People Experience Team here at TAG.

What you'll be doing

Strategy & Results

  • Execute a strategy for Culture and Engagement in partnership with the Head of Talent, Culture & Engagement that is designed to bring together the organisation and its people in a bid to foster a high performing culture.
  • This role will help to drive the overall vision and direction for culture and engagement, measuring success and building maturity in this space.

Stakeholders & Culture

  • Drive a culture of collaboration across the PEx function and the wider HR team
  • Encourage a culture of business partnering for the PEx function across the Global business with the aim of PEx being perceived as an essential Business stakeholder
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across the People Experience team - Specifically in Culture & Engagement
  • Build strong internal networks that drive change management and communication
  • Support in the review of TAG’s company values questioning their relevance, impact and demonstrable behaviours

Employee Engagement

  • Lead and manage internal employee voice surveys, creation of NPS and NES framework, interpreting results and making recommendations back to the business
  • Identify external platform trends and action plan remedial actions with measurements of success
  • Creation of appropriate engagement model for TAG and obtain buy in across the business
  • Drive wellbeing initiatives across the group, events, policies and actions all with clear success measures (International Women’s day, International Men’s day, Hack Day)
  • Support the Head of Talent, Culture & Engagement in driving the TAG Alumni programme ensuring we reconnect leaving colleagues to the business and foster a boomerang culture.
  • Provide expert advice on culture change and team development collaborating with our L&D, Talent and Communications team.
  • Develop the ERG communities and drive the case for change in Partnership with the Head of Talent, Culture & Engagement
  • Utilise employee data to support turnover reduction efforts, support employee growth opportunities and apply various tactics to increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team on EVP, driving best practice, mirroring both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications Manager to drive engagement campaigns, (TAG talks, show and tells)
  • Seek out opportunities for awards/commendations in the Engagement and Culture space so we can recognise our TAG colleagues for their efforts in making this change
  • Support the Culture and Engagement committee in driving activities, creating a business case for budget and aligning with the broader culture and engagement strategy.

Additional

  • Keep abreast of best practice, innovations and learning from other organisations, research and networking and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within The People Experience function
  • Support the Head of People Experience in meeting our statutory duties to equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Work closely with HR on key initiatives to support the global HR strategy
  • Support HR with onboarding and offboarding of new employees (where appropriate)

What we're looking for

  • Experience operating at pace in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience of designing and leading organisational culture/engagement initiatives with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Experienced communicator and visual storyteller
  • Experience of designing and implementation engagement models/strategies
  • Experienced project manager
  • Broad understanding of DEI duties and responsibilities
  • Experience of shifting organisation culture or change management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Comfortable and familiar working under tight timeframes/deadlines at pace.

A few nice to haves

  • Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth Tech scale-up environment
  • Recognised project management or and Change management qualification
