About the role
In your role as a Sales Consultant (all genders), you will actively support our licensing and services business regarding individual IT solutions for existing and new customers.

What you'll be doing
-Qualifying and answering customer enquiries and building up a trusting relationship with potential customers.-Looking after your own customer base and developing it continuously.-Accompanying our customers throughout the entire sales phase and developing suitable solutions in cooperation with the specialist teams.-Supporting our sales team during pitches and preparing corresponding presentations. With the help of demos in German or English, you help customers understand which products best fit their requirements.-Becoming an expert on our service and product portfolio and focusing on customer benefits.-Taking responsibility for the success of the company. To this end, you actively follow up on open offers and always have an overview of pending and current orders.

What we're looking for
-Completed commercial training or a degree in business informatics, business administration, media management, corporate communications or a comparable course of study.-First relevant work experience in a comparable position is desirable, but not a must!-Organizational skills and the ability to solve problems among your competencies.-Reliability and initiative as well as teamwork and communication skills.-A structured and independent way of working as well as independent and self-reliant thinking and acting.-You are a digital native! You quickly find your way around new software and are interested in the latest technology trends.-Enrichment of our team spirit with an open-minded and communicative manner.-Pragmatic, inquisitive and open to change attitude.-Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
