About the role
As an Associate Technical Consultant, you will:

- Collaborate with the team in implementing and configuring Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) for client projects, based on ITIL Best Practises.
- Collaborate with clients to gather client requirements and design solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Act as a feedback channel to internal teams, offering actionable insights and recommendations based on customer interactions.
- Gain operational and configuration-level expertise in the Atlassian products you’ll manage.
This hybrid role will require some presence in our Athens office, and you’ll report directly to one of our Greece-based Service Management Practice Team Leads.


What you'll be doing
-Understand business and customer needs and translate them into technical requirements/product configuration.-Undertake part or whole of the delivery in collaboration with other members of the delivery team.-Develop custom workflows, automation, and dashboards to enhance tool functionality.-Provide (as and where needed) User and administrator training, second-level support, and ad-hoc troubleshooting for Atlassian products. Deliver tool—or product-oriented training (both in class and on the job).-Participate in all internal project processes and team scrum ceremonies, including project planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.-Add new or enhance existing documentation and update the ticketing system with client needs, meeting notes, project progress, deliveries, impediments, etc.-Participate in internal analysis teams, recommend appropriate solutions, and contribute with ideas and questions.-Communicate with clients in case of incidents during deployment, responding to questions and offering clarifications as necessary.-Communicates effectively with clients regarding incidents, questions and clarifications as necessary -Remains up to date on all Adaptavist products, including new features, changes on offerings, etc., and is fluent in describing those, understands how customer needs can be covered

What we're looking for
-Experience working with customers in a consulting or technical capacity, especially in the software/IT industry.-Experience working with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence etc.)-Experience / Knowledge in one or more of the following: workflow configuration, automation scripting (e.g., using ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira), or system integration.-Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to successfully interact with external and internal parties via phone, video conferences, presentations, and written content.-Interest in working creatively with customers, understanding technical and business requirements and implementing solutions.-A team player with high level of dedication and collaboration spirit-Ability to work under strict deadlines-English and Greek language proficiencyProject Management Essential Skills

It's great, but not required if you have:
Experience administering Atlassian products.Experience working with agile methodologiesKnowledge of ITIL Best Practices
