Job Description

We are looking for a passionate digital marketer to join 15below in its mission to help the world’s top airlines keep their passengers informed and empowered at every stage of their journey. We work with 60+ of the world’s best known travel brands like British Airways, Ryanair, Etihad, and JetBlue, some of which have been with us for more than 20 years.

Established in 2000, we have grown to become the travel industry’s market-leader in passenger communications, providing automated solutions including disruption notifications, automated check-in, and mobile boarding passes. Whilst you may not have heard of 15below directly, chances are you’ll have received a communication via our platform on your travels.

We are looking for someone who is keen to expand on their digital marketing skills as part of a successful and growing team. Digital has rapidly become the main focus of our marketing strategy and we need someone to work with the Digital Marketing Manager to help us achieve our ambitious lead-generation objectives. We have big plans to continue investing in this area, using channels including e-mail marketing, paid social media and SEO, and across the 15below website and our digital content platform Foleon. You’ll need to have some experience of Digital Marketing, so that you’re able to quickly get to grips with the work that we do, whilst being eager to learn and expand your skills in areas that are new to you. You'll also need to remain motivated working with a low-volume, high-value business model. If this sounds like you, then read on...

Our culture:

Our culture is at the heart of what we do every day, and travel is part of that too, that’s why we’re proud to live by our values.

Flying high: yet still climbing
We know our stuff and are happy to share our knowledge and expertise. We pride ourselves on being at the top of our game and strive to keep learning.

People are our passport to success: they're at the heart of everything we do
We develop strong relationships built on trust and respect, and always do the right thing by each other and our customers.

Accelerating forward: embracing change, challenge and growth
Whether it's for ourselves, our colleagues or our customers, we are always looking for ways to improve and to grow. We're not afraid to challenge the status quo and drive change with enthusiasm.

All inclusive: we're a strong, collaborative community
We share the same vision; to make 15below the best it can be. We pull together to make it a reality, look out for each other along the way and make sure everyone's voice is heard.

Enjoy the journey: bringing fun and positivity to everything we do
We're proud and passionate to be part of the 15below family, and never take ourselves too seriously. Having fun is really important to us.
