We are on a strategic evolution of our People & PS function, and this pivotal role represents a fundamental shift in how we empower our people and leverage our data. As the Director, Global End-to-End People Data Governance and My Core HR, this role will not just manage but define and drive the future state of our global employee Work & Life journey and solidify the foundation of our people data strategy. This role moves beyond traditional HR oversight to strategically integrate and optimize every aspect of the employee lifecycle (W&L), while simultaneously elevating People Data as a core strategic asset. The incumbent will be instrumental in fostering a data-driven culture, ensuring improved data quality, and proactively shaping the employee experience through critical M&A activities.

How you will contribute

• Transform the Employee Journey: Shift from fragmented HR interactions to a seamless, globally consistent, and a deeply integrated W&L employee experience• Elevate People Data as a Strategic Asset: Champion a robust, end-to-end People Data Strategy and Governance framework, moving data from administrative byproduct to a reliable engine for insights and decision-making.• Proactively Shape M&A Success: Serve as the lead EX architect for all M&A activities, ensuring seamless integration and protecting our most valuable asset: our talent.

What you will bring

This role is designed to add immediate and long-term value by enabling the future service delivery model and W&L strategy via technology as a key differentiator. The role will design solutions to elevate operational excellence, enabling strategic decision-making, and enhancing our employer brand through a superior employee experience.

1.Define & Lead Global End-to-End Employee Experience (My Work & Life):

•Strategic shift : Spearhead the transition to a truly integrated W&L experience, moving from fragmented processes to a holistic and intuitive employee journey. •Value Add: Directly enhance employee experience and productivity by designing and optimizing user-centric HR processes and technology. •Responsibilities: Define the strategic vision, roadmap, and global standards for the "My Work & Life" employee experience. •Own and continuously optimize all associated HR processes and technology solutions, acting as a key Project Sponsor for strategic initiatives. •Establish and monitor critical KPIs and SLAs to measure the success, impact, and continuous improvement of the employee experience.

2. Establish & Govern World-Class People Data Strategy:

•Strategic Shift: Elevate People Data to a foundational strategic asset, implementing a rigorous end-to-end governance model that ensures data integrity. •Value Add: Provide the organization with trusted, high-quality people data, enabling informed talent decisions, robust analytics, and compliant operations. •Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evolve the comprehensive People Data Strategy, Governance Process, and Data Excellence framework. •Champion data quality initiatives, establishing standards and processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all people-related data. • Lead and mature the People Data Governance Forum, fostering a culture of data stewardship and accountability across the organization.

3. Drive Strategic HR M&A Integration for Employee Experience:

•Strategic Shift: Integrate Employee Experience considerations proactively into M&A planning, rather than as a reactive step•Value Add: Mitigate risks associated with M&A, accelerate successful integration, and productivity during periods of significant organizational change. •Responsibilities: Serve as the primary EX lead for all M&A activities, from due diligence to integration planning•Develop and implement EX integration strategies that ensure a smooth and positive transition minimizing disruption and maximizing talent retention.

4. Champion Future-Proofing & Innovation:

•Strategic Shift: Proactively anticipate and respond to market trends and technological advancements, positioning EX as an innovative driver of organizational efficiency & employee value•Value Add: Ensure our EX capabilities remain cutting-edge, agile, and aligned with future business needs, driving continuous improvement and competitive advantage. •Responsibilities: Anticipate emerging HR technologies and market trends, translating them into actionable strategies for continuous system and process optimization. •Collaborate strategically with COEs , PT Business Leaders to align experience design with overall business objectives, setting high-performance standards.
