Overview:
The Senior Global People & Organization Business Partner serves as a strategic partner and advisor for Global Technical Functions composed by R&D and Commercial (Procurement). This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with the Global function head and the global leadership teams of both functions to help translate business and function strategies into a high-performing, future-ready people agenda. This position plays a critical role in shaping organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent strategy, culture, workforce planning, and transformation priorities at enterprise scale. This includes identifying and developing talent, designing and refining systemic solutions for a high-performing organization, and enabling a culture that fosters engagement, health, wellbeing, inclusion, and diversity. The impact of this role goes beyond traditional people & organization partnership as it helps build the conditions for sustained performance by aligning structure, capability, ways of working, and leadership behaviors to business and function goals. This includes coaching senior leaders through growth and change, enabling global teams to operate with agility and connectedness, and ensuring the organization can scale while maintaining a strong culture and Associate experience.
What are we looking for?
A leader with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
15+ years of P&O experience, with a high value placed on experience across diverse geographies, industries, and/or functional areas.
An agile leader with a strategic mindset and the capability to design, drive, and execute organizational design, talent, and capabilities transformation to deliver business impact.
A professional with a demonstrated ability to develop strong, trusting relationships with senior leaders and functional influencers to gain support and achieve strategic business goals.
Advanced consulting skills and experience in leading, influencing, and motivating stakeholder groups at all levels to achieve positive business outcomes, with a proven history of leading significant change initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to stand alone and make sound judgments.
The ability to effectively prioritize business needs and resources to deliver the greatest business value, proactively managing stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.
A strong understanding of global P&O strategies, policies, and practices, and the ability to provide guidance in solving business needs through the P&O operating model.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Serve as the main point of contact for identified business leader(s) and leadership teams, actively participating in business decisions by providing data-driven insight, support, challenge, and representing the Associate Voice to improve business decision-making. You will also be responsible for scanning and understanding business needs, context, and the external landscape.
Be accountable for creating and executing the functional people plan, with a focus on talent (including diversity), organization, and culture to deliver business results through our Associates.
Diagnose and design Enterprise and/or transversal people initiatives that align with strategic priorities.
Coach senior leaders and their teams to maximize their effectiveness and to role model the leadership behaviors we expect in the Mars Snacking culture, grounded in the Five Principles.
Lead organization development strategies, including optimizing and transforming our structure, processes, systems, and ways of working to ensure a fit-for-purpose organization.
Develop and deploy our talent strategy to ensure we have diverse Associates in the right roles to meet both our current and future business needs.
Partner to create and champion robust change management plans to deliver business and people strategies.
As required, partner across the P&O operating model and with business leaders to define, design, test, and deploy solutions to execute on the people plan, securing the necessary resources and budget.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 192,560.00 - USD 264,770.00
