The Senior Manager Global Workforce & Organizational Effectiveness Intelligence is a key member of the Organization Effectiveness and Workforce Planning Center of Excellence (COE). This is a high-impact position for an experienced workforce analytics consultant with functional expertise who excels at translating strategic business challenges into structured workforce intelligence and executive action. This role serves as the lead analytical and consulting partner to the COE, bridging the gap between strategic business questions and the workforce intelligence required for executive decision-making.
The successful candidate possesses deep domain knowledge in workforce planning, organization effectiveness, and workforce intelligence, combined with key consulting skills such as structured problem-solving and executive communication. You will be responsible for defining what to measure and how to measure it, interpreting complex data to tell a compelling business story, and advising senior leaders on workforce and org effectiveness implications. This position plays a critical role in establishing enterprise-wide standards for workforce and org effectiveness metrics and monitoring organizational health.
Operating in a decentralized, multi-business unit organization, you will partner with P&O (people & operations or HR), finance, and business leaders at the enterprise and business-unit level. You will serve as a bridge between the COE, business-units, P&O (HR) technology teams, corporate finance, and commercial teams.
What we are looking for?
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., I/O Psychology, MBA, HR, Business Analytics) is preferred.
8 years of experience across strategic workforce planning, org design / operating model, and organization effectiveness analytics
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Management Consulting (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, or specialized boutique human capital firm) advising large, complex organizations on organization effectiveness, operating models, and workforce planning OR 6 years of in-house experience at a global, multi-business unit company, serving either in a corporate Center of Excellence for Workforce Planning / Org Effectiveness, or in a similar headquarters role for a major business unit
Minimum of 6 years of experience with Workday as well as workforce planning and org effectiveness tools (e.g., Orgvue, Visier, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan). This includes functional proficiency and strategic command of these tools, with an emphasis on how organizational data is represented and modeled
Deep functional expertise in organization effectiveness and strategic workforce planning frameworks, metrics, and benchmarks - including leading practices, operational complexities, and risks
Proven experience establishing enterprise-level workforce and OE metrics for large organizations, including advising on P&O (HR) and finance metrics integration
Advanced Microsoft Excel and data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau) capabilities for ad-hoc modeling, data blending, and scenario exploration
Proven expertise in translating abstract business questions into structured workforce planning and org effectiveness analytical plans, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact insights that influence executive decisions
Demonstrated ability to serve as a translator between senior P&O (HR), finance, and commercial leaders, aligning disparate stakeholder groups around a shared understanding of the strategic implications of workforce data
What will be your key responsibilities?
1. Strategic Consulting
Assist with designing and leading the COE’s Workforce Intelligence agenda to enable workforce planning and monitor organizational health, productivity, and effectiveness
Advise on workforce planning and org effectiveness benchmarks and assist with developing targets
Provide thought leadership on the continued impact of AI transformation on workforce planning and org effectiveness metrics
Serve as a thought partner, translating ambiguous executive workforce planning and org effectiveness questions into hypotheses and structured analysis
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership that clearly articulate workforce and org effectiveness trends, risks, and opportunities, influencing data-driven decisions
2. Enterprise Workforce Intelligence & Org Effectiveness Intelligence
Design and conduct workforce planning and organizational effectiveness analysis, synthesizing disparate data points (P&O / HR, financial, commercial, external) to proactively identify insights and risks
Monitor organizational health, complexity, and productivity. Proactively identify and investigate anomalies
Lead and enhance enterprise headcount reporting, including integration with finance and commercial teams
Analyze the impact of operating model changes and large-scale transformations on organizational effectiveness
Serve as the COE’s lead consultant on time-sensitive executive inquires, delivering data-driven, executive-level insights
Provide data-backed insights on future workforce trends, conduct workforce risk analysis, and support capability forecasting
3. Enterprise Metrics & Governance
Lead the development, definition, and consistent application of enterprise workforce planning and organization effectiveness metrics
Partner with stakeholders to integrate metrics into core strategy, financial planning and risk management processes
Serve as a functional workforce planning and org effectiveness analytics expert on enterprise people data governance, technology, and analytics initiatives
Generate enterprise functional requirements for workforce intelligence and org design tools (e.g., OrgVue, Workday Adaptive Planning)
Ensure enterprise workforce planning and org effectiveness tools (e.g., Workday reports, OrgVue models) and dashboards are strategically relevant and aligned with and leading practices

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 153,600.00 - USD 211,200.00
