2 days/week at home • A little flex time • Dog friendlyIn December, we hosted our first-ever Commercial Days at the Goodlord London office, joined by our Sheffield and Lincoln teams.
Collaboration, creativity and clarity were the themes, with teams coming together for quarterly updates, shared planning sessions and hands-on workshops.
We wrapped up with a scavenger hunt across London that brought out plenty of competitive spirit.
It was a great couple of days that left the team energised for the year ahead.
