Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives and brand development goals, covering traditional media, digital media, and integrated media channels to maximize brand exposure and consumer engagement.

2. Lead the end-to-end media planning, buying, and optimization process, managing media budgets efficiently and cost-effectively.

3. Drive innovation in media campaigns by exploring cutting-edge technologies, new media formats, and data-driven approaches to create transformative consumer experiences and differentiate the brand in a competitive market.

4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal functions and external partners to ensure seamless execution of media initiatives and alignment with business strategies.

5. Monitor market trends, competitor media activities, and industry best practices, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to adapt and evolve media strategies proactively.

6. Oversee media performance tracking, analysis, and reporting, using data-driven metrics (e.g., reach, frequency, conversion rate, brand lift) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies in real time.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Industry Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive media experience in the FMCG industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns that drive business growth.

2. Professional Expertise: Deep understanding of media planning, buying, and optimization across all channels (digital, social, TV, OOH, print, etc.). Proficiency in media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making. Strong knowledge of FMCG consumer behavior, market dynamics, and emerging media trends.

3. Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to translate business objectives into clear media strategies and execute them with precision. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach to delivering measurable outcomes.

4. Innovative & Transformative Mindset: Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo, think creatively, and drive innovation in media strategies. Experience in adapting new technologies, experimenting with new media formats, and leading digital transformation initiatives in media platforms.

5. English Proficiency: Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders, lead international meetings, and draft high-quality English documents (strategies, reports, presentations).

6. Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage agency, drive cross-functional collaboration, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
