About us

Founded in 2015, we are one of the fastest-growing independent agencies in Europe. Next stop, the world.

Our team gets bigger every year and we now have over 20 social specialists working from our London HQ and across Europe and South Africa delivering work with impact on a global scale.

Flexible working at Wilderness Agency

⭐ We meet every Thursday in a co-working space in London - All our roles can be performed flexibly with respect to location. We also hold our team social every month on one of these days.

🌴 25 days annual leave and an additional day of paid holiday for each year of continuous service with the company

🌍 Work anywhere in the world for 30 days

🧖‍♀️ We offer 2 Self-care days per year to use as you wish

🛐 There is an additional holiday allowance for any religions holidays you celebrate

🫶 1 volunteer day to use for a cause of your choosing

⏰ DeepFlex Wednesdays - core hours will be observed from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
