Flexible working at Spotted Zebra

At Spotted Zebra, we understand the importance of balancing work with personal and family responsibilities, and we offer flexibility to accommodate these commitments whenever possible.

Upon joining, you’ll receive a £300 home office allowance to help create a workspace where you can thrive.

UK employees also have access to Hubble for co-working spaces or a change of scenery.

While our core hours are 9-6, we offer flexibility for personal and family needs, trusting our team to deliver results whilst achieving a positive work-life balance.

Culture

There is a fantastic professional trust at Spotted Zebra. You are able to approach your work with autonomy and work flexibly to suit your own preferences and there is a budget in place to help you set up your home office. Our team are all remote but have the option to hotdesk or book office space as required (location for this is also flexible). Our founders are fantastic role models and regularly block time in their diary to collect children from school, take annual leave etc. Our people team are dedicated to bringing in benefits that help all team members such as healthcare and are open to suggestions to improve further. We are a mission driven company - helping to align people with opportunities that use and develop their skills, so they are happier and more productive at work. Our service can help to remove bias from talent decisions and make processes more fair/ equitable, this makes me feel proud and deeply engaged in my work.
