Who We Are

SpareMyTime (SMT) was founded with a clear purpose: to create a world where everyone is empowered with the opportunity to lead a meaningful life through fulfilling work.

We provide high-quality fractional support in admin & operations, bookkeeping, and marketing, helping businesses scale efficiently while giving talented professionals the flexibility to build careers on their terms. We believe work should enhance life, not compete with it, and we’ve built a business that makes that possible.

We provide expert virtual support in:

Admin & Operations – High-level executive and operational support, including inbox and calendar management, travel coordination, process optimisation, CRM maintenance, and workflow automation to keep businesses running smoothly.

Bookkeeping & Financial Admin – Accurate, compliant financial management, including invoicing, reconciliations, payroll support, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Marketing & Social Media – Strategy, content, and execution to boost visibility, covering social media management, content creation, email marketing, branding support, and campaign analysis.

Project & Business Support – Smart workflows and systems to make scaling sustainable, including process documentation, operational strategy, performance tracking, and business development support.
