At Podia, we believe remote shouldn’t mean removed. We bring together premium technology, stylish furniture and supportive employee well-being content, so everyone can thrive in work and life.

Flexible working approach

Our approach is simple: we're proud and committed to being a flexible employer. We want people to share our vision for a future where workspaces are transformed, improving productivity and well-being for everyone. Where our staff is based is irrelevant. Although we have an office in Newbury, as a Zoom reseller, we are a video-first organisation, which means it's completely optional to utilise the office, and how often you go in.
