The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility
First we assess the flexibility options Lumo Digital provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Lumo Digital is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.
We ask the hard questions so you don’t have to.

Flexible working at Lumo Digital
At Lumo, we're passionate about being a flexible workplace with a hybrid-working approach. Most of our employees will spend 3-4 days per week working from home, and the remaining time at our dog friendly offices near Vauxhall. The office is available full-time for those who prefer it. The boss comes in 1-2 days a week. Almost always, no one comes in on Fridays.
We have a core hours policy of 11am to 3pm, although, of course, this would flex for a part-time role.
We offer excellent benefits including 25 days of holiday, enhanced parental leave, a work from home allowance, enhanced sick pay, discretionary annual profit share bonus, as well as a subsidised gym membership.
We're open to work from anywhere schemes once you've passed your probation.

Work 1-2-1 with a founder that loves teaching people new things.
We're building a diverse and flexible-first work environment, so you can be the best version of yourself. Life happens.
Every employee gets to collaborate with the founder on a tailored plan to take the mystery out of career progression. Not your typical agency model.
We value results and creativity over time spent on work.
