At Lumo, we're passionate about being a flexible workplace with a hybrid-working approach. Most of our employees will spend 3-4 days per week working from home, and the remaining time at our dog friendly offices near Vauxhall. The office is available full-time for those who prefer it. The boss comes in 1-2 days a week. Almost always, no one comes in on Fridays.

We have a core hours policy of 11am to 3pm, although, of course, this would flex for a part-time role.

We're open to work from anywhere schemes once you've passed your probation.
