Flexible working approach
At Lumo, we're passionate about being a flexible workplace with a hybrid-working approach. Most of our employees will spend 3-4 days per week working from home, and the remaining time at our dog friendly offices in South London. We have a core hours policy of 10am to 3pm, although, of course, this would flex for a part-time role.
