We love Leadfeeder's approach to flexibility. Chatting with David - Head of Talent Acquisition was refreshing. He was quick to tell me how Leadfeeder had supported his dream to relocate to the UAE. David is leading the flexible practice within the business. But the culture comes from the top - Senior leadership utilise the flexibility on offer and this allows employees to embrace the flexibility on offer.
