Our mission is to create remarkable experiences through real estate solutions. The people who experience our developments are our main focus - our aim is to deliver great spaces that enhance productivity, well-being and overall experience for those that use them as well as the surrounding communities.
We are an international workspace provider with an integrated development model. We invest in, design, build and manage our buildings, from bespoke headquarters and retail malls to co-working spaces. We deliver a premium product through high-quality base build, workspace and services addressing the needs of our clients. Because we put users and local communities at the heart of every decision, these are also inspiring spaces that enhance productivity and wellbeing. We have been operating in the UK since 2013 and are currently working on 3 projects across Central London.
Flexible working approach
At HB Reavis, we believe that our people achieve their full potential and best results, if they work within an environment that enables everyone to be themselves. Our hybrid working model is focused on trust and output - it is tailored to balance personal preferences with the needs of our individual roles and the different projects, whether that means working from home, flexible start or finishing time or working from one of our fantastic office locations in London. Within our workspaces, people have the flexibility to move around different areas depending on whether they need focus time, want to work collaboratively or to attend a meeting. If you get lucky, you might even see our four-legged colleague roaming through our King William Street office.
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
Employee benchmarking score
Scoring against our employee perception index (1 = not seen as flexible, 100 = couldn’t be happier with the flexibility, 51 is average) using a number of more emotional / perception based questions to understand whether employees feel supported and offered what they want. The areas we cover are work-life balance / managerial support / flexible benefits / working environment / and many others.
"HB Reavis has a lot of trust with their employees and as long as the work is done to a high standard, the way we choose to work is supported."

For such a large company, HB Reavis is doing really well with their flexible working policies.
