Flexible working approach
Over the last 10+ years our open culture has been the backbone of our growth. We’ve nurtured an environment that empowers our people to get the job done. Meanwhile, we invest in their education, development, and - whether for family, mental health or other reasons - we give the flexibility to maintain a real work-life balance.
We work in a Hybrid way - meaning you decide where to work. Most teams can also choose their hours, though support teams tend to work in shifts.
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.

"It's honestly a great company to work for, and there's always been a complete understanding that we all have lives to balance with work. We're trusted to do the job we've been hired to do, so are never micromanaged. It's not a big deal if you have an appointment, would rather finish or start at a different time, need to deal with the kids during the day, want to take annual leave or want to work remote or in an office environment. As long as your work gets done (which is expected to be achievable within normal working hours per week, no overtime expected) then do it whatever way suits you best!"
