Flexible working at Crowdcube
You can choose whether you come into the office 3-5 days a week, 1-2 days a week or some roles can be fully remote, unless specified as fully office-based at the time of hiring. Home is a loose term, it can be your home, your parents' home, your second home in the country, a beach side bar or the local cafe (with some security caveats!) as long as you have a stable secure internet connection, are communicating clearly with your team and use the usual channels to be transparent about your work schedule. Same with hours, you can compress, start early or late and finish early or late, take a longer lunch hour to work around your commitments or needs.
