Flexible working approach
At Concured, we're dedicated to being a flexible place to work. We aim to provide an environment where everyone can do their best work, while understanding that a healthy work-life balance is essential for people to be at their most productive. We want to be at the forefront of innovation, not just in terms of our product and technology, but in how we work together as a team and prepare for growth. That’s why we’re always looking for new ideas, tools, and practices to improve our organization.
We're a dog friendly company, and our head office is based in central London and is a space where our teams get together to collaborate on projects, brainstorm new ideas, and socialize with colleagues. We operate a hybrid working environment, with recommended days in the office, and autonomy over where you spend the rest of your time. Meetings are organized around core business hours, giving employees true flexibility around their working patterns.
In addition to a base salary, employees receive share options in the business, giving everyone a meaningful reward for all their hard work, and ensuing the whole team is sharing in our success. We provide all new joiners with a MacBook and a work from home allowance to ensure individuals have everything they need from day one. Furthermore, all employees have an annual training budget to support their development and progression in the company.
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
Scoring against our employee perception index (1 = not seen as flexible, 100 = couldn’t be happier with the flexibility, 51 is average) using a number of more emotional / perception based questions to understand whether employees feel supported and offered what they want. The areas we cover are work-life balance / managerial support / flexible benefits / working environment / and many others.
"Everyone understands that we're all humans balancing life and work, and that flexibility is the key."

What do we think of Concured?
We saw from Concured's flexible employer accreditation that both the employer and employees are operating on the same level due to how close both the benchmarking scores were. This shows communication is clear and everyone knows and understands what the flexible culture is. This was also reflected in the anonymous employee survey where feedback was very positive about the benefits on offer. If there is a relevant role at Concured, I'd certainly recommend applying!
