We're a dog friendly company, and our head office is based in central London and is a space where our teams get together to collaborate on projects, brainstorm new ideas, and socialize with colleagues. We operate a hybrid working environment, with recommended days in the office, and autonomy over where you spend the rest of your time. Meetings are organized around core business hours, giving employees true flexibility around their working patterns.
In addition to a base salary, employees receive share options in the business, giving everyone a meaningful reward for all their hard work, and ensuing the whole team is sharing in our success. We provide all new joiners with a MacBook and a work from home allowance to ensure individuals have everything they need from day one. Furthermore, all employees have an annual training budget to support their development and progression in the company.
