Flexi working approach
Broadly speaking, CloudNC employees can work from anywhere; however, to some extent, this can vary by team as some employees do need to visit factories on a monthly basis. In addition, working hours are typically flexible.
Lastly, CloudNC also offers enhanced parental leave and are open to part-time employees, which is a reflection of their core commitment to gender equality in the manufacturing industry.
