An amazing team, with really great people to have around. The flexibility of the company gives a sense of comfort and trust which is really important to have between employees. About us

Here at CDC, we work collaboratively with our clients to provide acoustic and fire solutions to complex design and engineering obstacles. Established in 2014 we have continued to provide high levels of technical expertise to a variety of projects within the Built and natural environment, nationally and internationally. Our team relishes the challenges each project brings.

At CDC we prioritise the day to day employee experience to ensure our people feel valued and considered.

Our Colchester office is treated as our Head Office, a spacious and bright space the team can get together with great access to London.

Our London co-working office provides a space for people to come together and collaborate or socialise at a time that suits them.   

We trust our employees and put a big emphasis on autonomy and have a forward-thinking approach to hours – as long as you're available in the right timezone and available during core hours, you are free to work in a way that suits you and your team. Working over the weekend? You can choose to log it as paid overtime or TOIL through our online HR portal.
