What you’ll be doing…

Join our world-class team and help drive our telecom business to its full potential! We’re building a centralized platform to deliver autonomous network use cases, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and diverse AI/ML implementations.

In this exciting role, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and industry experts to develop end-to-end strategic solutions for improved network and customer experience.

• Lead the development of our autonomous network platform and use cases as part of our AI&D portfolio.

• Drive key customer programs, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

• Spearhead transformation programs, fostering innovation and efficiency.

• Define a clear product roadmap with timelines, dependencies, and challenge mitigation strategies.

• Champion a culture of quality, driving automation across all business deliverables.

• Guide the team in defining and implementing the right system architecture and design for the product.

• Cultivate the next generation of leaders and establish a robust team structure.

• Foster a data-driven culture, ensuring the team utilizes relevant metrics to track progress and success.

• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication of requirements, expectations, and timely delivery.

• Thrive in an agile environment, proactively identifying and resolving team impediments.

• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Lead and develop high-performing, diverse teams embracing agile methodologies and a data & AI-first mindset.

• Mentor and guide team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop effective mitigation plans.

• Drive functional transformation and automation, leveraging technologies like SRE and AIOps to enhance reliability and availability.

What we’re looking for…

We seek passionate individuals driven by data and its potential to revolutionize industries. You are a forward-thinking engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborating effectively to deliver exceptional results.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree and eight or more years of relevant work experience.

• Strong experience in full-stack development with ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, Python, Kafka, RDBMS, PL/SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Extensive experience with GCP technologies, specifically BigQuery.

• Proficiency in complex SQL and DevSecOps practices.

• Proven ability to present to and influence stakeholders.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and adaptability to changing business priorities.

• Strong understanding of architecture and design principles with the ability to guide the team effectively.

• Significant experience in leading and managing teams to deliver successful products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Solid understanding of functional automation tools and a strong quality-focused mindset.

• Good understanding of security concepts and best practices for developing secure code.

• Basic understanding of network elements and networking concepts.

• Familiarity with Generative AI and data engineering principles.

• A proactive and driven individual with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional business results.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

• Experience in data engineering and data science.

• Experience managing global resources.

• Prior experience in the telecommunications industry.

• Ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and create actionable visualizations.

• Experience leading teams of OSS/BSS application designers and architects.

• Expertise in talent transformation and development.

• Strong delegation skills and experience building partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
