What you’ll be doing...
As a Security Lead, you will be responsible for all phases of Implementation, Strategic Transformation Consulting, Business Blueprint, Process Simplification, GAP Analysis, Realization, cut-over, Post Implementation support until Transition Management. Collaboration with functional team members and lead developments independently. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in SAP Security, GRC, IAG, ABAP, Cloud Apps, Java/ABAP stacks, and Hana DB. Taking a broad-based view of business processes across core functional domains for both domestic US and global business entities to Security/ GRC best practices across SAP platform both in ABAP and Java stack. This role will interface with product owners, agile product teams, platform services and strategy & operations in order to fulfill the stated primary goal. As a security Consultant to perform day-to-day activities for SAP GRC / Security( ABAP+JAVA+Cloud+HANA DB) deliverables for the Global & individual projects.
Should have 6+ years at least with good communication skills and participate in design discussions
Must have 1 or more end-end implementation experience
Experience in all phases of Implementation, Strategic Transformation Consulting, Business Blueprint, Process Simplification, GAP Analysis, Realization, cut-over, Post Implementation support until Transition Management
Experience in setting up standards in S4HANA CoE for BRDs, KDDS, Functional Specifications, guidance on technical specifications & Standards, Peer to peer Review standards
Lead /Support for the execution of day-to-day activities for SAP GRC / Security( ABAP+JAVA+Cloud+HANA DB)
Closely work with the PMO, SAP Security, IDM, Portal, GRC, SaaS / PaaS platform design authority, technical and control / Audit teams to design solutions coming in through work intake processes and provide periodic updates on activities
Responsible for delivering SAP Security ( ABAP + JAVA+ IDM+ DB+ Cloud + GRC+HANA) system to develop solutions and workflows and well versed with configuration and support activities
Maintain SAP GRC systems to be in compliance with the Security standards and policies
Execute the periodic SOX(Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance) reporting
Analyze SOD(Segregation of duties) risks in partnership with the Control Organization Creative thinker with ability to apply analytical skills to different issues
Define and maintain GRC configuration standards
Facilitate and execute GRC workflow and master data change activities including providing assistance/ guidance to functional/ technical teams
Train users in IT processes and procedures; provide assistance during external and internal audits
Manages the execution of SAP Security / GRC reporting approach and adoption, including risk assessment processes, continuous monitoring, training and reporting (Providing consultation)
Participate and drive workshops and team discussions between SAP security and GRC teams
Integrate security governance within overall control environment and sustain activities with the impacted parties
Interaction with audit, risk, and control personnel to explain and evaluate the structure and design of the GRC process

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
6 or more years of relevant work experience.
Must have Implementation/ Integration experience in SAP Security and GRC
Experience in SAP Security ( ABAP Stack, JAVA Stack, IDM, Databases, Cloud, GRC, and HANA DB systems to develop solutions and workflows and well versed with configuration and support activities
Must have knowledge in Implementation of HANA Role Administration and User Administration
Lead periodic SoD workshops with risk SPOCs to facilitate risk remediation & mitigation & conduct training
Lead periodic steer co/governance meetings with client stakeholders. Monitor budget, and milestones & explore account mining opportunities
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Any master's degree
Design the compliance roadmap by understanding customer requirements, conducting feasibility assessment, and prioritizing amongst time-critical requirements
Organize workshops with business, IT & internal controls to understand the existing business process, related controls, and their monitoring process
Design skills to CCM business rules for automated controls monitoring in GRC PC
Identify gaps and propose additional risks,controls & process improvements
Knowledge in SAP IAG (Identity Access Governance), IAS ( Identity Authentication Services), and IPS (Identity Provisioning Services
Have skills to manage security related activities within S4 SOM, PAPM, R2R, A2R, S2P, BODS, CRM, BOBJ, PI/PO, SAP BTP, IBP, Ariba
