What you’ll be doing...
We innovate constantly to help the biggest names in business work quicker and smarter, and we apply the same vision and focus to the way we do business. Our Finance function is one of the best in the business and you can help us improve the customer experience every single day.day. A vital part of the customer experience will be in your hands as you make sure customers receive wireless rebates/incentive bonuses on-time and accurately. When customers or business partners have questions about their rebates, you will collaborate across functions to resolve them. Your role is critical in ensuring that our customers receive their rebates according to contract terms and find it easy to do business with us.
Supporting recurring and non-recurring wireless rebates/incentive bonuses, particularly ones of a more complicated nature, which includes gathering billing data, SQL coding for the extraction of such data, calculating rebate amounts, and creating check requests for payment.
Reviewing and researching data to identify and resolve errors in calculations.
Liaison with Sales and Contract Management regarding supportability of contracts and special projects.
Collaborate with leadership and team members to streamline processes and improve efficiencies, including reviewing existing SQL to improve automation of rebate calculations and troubleshooting questions that arise.

You are a well-organized person who enjoys working independently and managing competing priorities efficiently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, but you’ll also have a customer service orientation and be a great communicator who can interact well with a diverse range of people.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Three or more years of SQL/Teradata 13 or higher experience.
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with complex data analytics and coding experience in SQL, C#, Visual Basic/Studio, SSIS packages, and/or Oracle.
Experience in the communications industry with an understanding of billing systems, products and services.

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
