What you’ll be doing...

Senior Analyst - Project Manager will be on the business side of the organization, yet support a team who liaises with IT on a daily basis, and are in need of technical expertise and input. The project management side of the role will focus on managing IT projects using the agile delivery methodology, as well as managing data cleanup activities.

  • Project manage multiple IT projects meeting timelines, project spend, and within scope

  • Interface with cross functional counterparts daily

  • Define and create user stories for IT, based on translating complicated requirements out of customer solicitations and RFPs

  • Host project calls, touchpoints, solution reviews, user story demos, etc.

  • Manage testing of new development and defects as necessary

  • Quickly understand current business processes, then determine and implement process improvements that align with system development

  • Understand the system architecture to provide the best solution(s) for complex challenges

  • Prepare user guides for user communities

  • Document lessons learned

  • Capture and calculate business benefits, both quantitative and qualitative

  • Maintain certain source documentation such as mapping documents and complex spreadsheets

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience

  • Project or Program management experience

  • Creative, analytical, organized, detail-oriented, team-focused, self-motivated, flexible and autonomous

Even better if you have:

  • Ability to read and understand system flow diagrams

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

  • Expertise in Google Products

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $83,000.00 and $155,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
