What you’ll be doing...
You’ll be working with our internal customers and external suppliers to resolve Accounts Payable issues. Enabling us to run more efficiently by looking for policies or processes that can be further streamlined will also be an important part of your role. We pride ourselves on being the best Finance team in the business and you can be part of it, helping to keep our financial operations accurate, compliant, and running like clockwork.
Coordinating Accounts Payable (AP) systems and staff support of AP processes in all systems utilized by the Global Payment Processing team.
Acting as overall AP SME (Subject Matter Expert) and SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Global Payment Processing processes and systems.
Resolving escalations and issues related to ERP systems and payment processes.
Managing system enhancements, including configuration, testing, and implementation.
Leading and managing projects and support for large and medium size projects within AP.
Coordinating and managing system testing and new initiatives.
Work closely with Accounts Payable management/staff and other departments in support of time-bound processes.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in systems design, configuration, testing, and implementations.
Experience in project management.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
Accounts payable and/or general ledger experience.
Experience with SAP and/or S4 Hana.

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
