Straight Talk, TracFone, and Walmart Family Mobile: Straight Talk, Tracfone, and Walmart Family Mobile stand as giants in our brand portfolio, boasting significant presence in Walmart. Their extensive reach and solidified position in the market underscore our commitment to accessible, high-quality wireless solutions across diverse retail environments.
Visible: Visible, as a standalone brand family, caters to the digitally-savvy, single-line customers who prefer streamlined, online-first interactions. This brand is a testament to our adaptability, embracing the digital evolution of customer engagement.
Simple Mobile: Carving out a niche of its own, Simple Mobile shines as the premier choice among authorized resellers. Its consistent recognition as the most carried brand in Wave7 Research’s prepaid dealer survey for 36 consecutive quarters speaks volumes about its popularity and reliability.
SafeLink: SafeLink remains dedicated to serving customers through government subsidies. With a strategic pivot towards Lifeline in the absence of ACP, SafeLink continues to fulfill its mission of providing essential communication services to those in need.
What You’ll Be Doing...
Owning the Total Wireless Brand Roadmap, including New Value Propositions, Products and Promotions and drives strategic alignment across all functions (VVO Leadership, Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, GTS, Operations) to what is needed to execute through the organization.
Being responsible for the Design Target for Total Wireless, using conceptual thinking to understand and unearth relevant pain points and insights that will drive growth for the business.
Defining and gaining Verizon Value Organization (VVO) leadership alignment to Brand Strategies designed for growth of the Total Wireless business while also driving customer retention and churn improvements for the brand.
Owning the Total Wireless Brand Roadmap, including New Value Propositions, Products and Promotions and drives strategic alignment across all functions (VVO Leadership, Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, GTS, Operations) to what is needed to execute through the organization.
Leading the VVO multifunctional teams (Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, GTS, Operations) to the alignment and adherence of defined strategies.
Developing, modifying, and leading all VVO functions (Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, GTS, Operations) towards the execution of brand initiatives and programs that win versus competition.
Defining and gaining VVO leadership alignment to the overall value proposition, pricing and promotion strategies for the Total Wireless brand.
Leading the Total Wireless Brand team to define programs and tactics that bring the Brand strategy to life for consumers across all channels.
Leading the Total Wireless Brand team in the definition of business assumptions and business rules for all proposed value propositions, pricing and promotions that are aligned to the brand's overall Strategy.
Leading the Total Wireless Brand team building on Business Cases and Business Rules for proposed initiatives and programs.
Leading the Total Wireless Brand team towards the alignment and approval of proposed business cases.

Where you’ll be working…
In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
MBA.
Understanding of Verizon processes and systems.
Experience in telecommunications or CPG.
Strong project management skills, multi-tasking is vital to success.
Experience managing and influencing client relationships at the senior executive level. Ability to present and interact with all levels of management.
Impeccable managerial skills and excellent communication skills and executive presence.
Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level). The ability to influence without direct authority.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
