As a Process Automation Analyst you will be a pivotal player in Verizon's automation journey. Your expertise will guide the evaluation, design, and analysis of automation opportunities, transforming them into comprehensive RPA solution designs. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our business processes, leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and design automation solutions that address complex business challenges.
Conducting technical assessments of automation opportunities, proposing solutions utilizing UiPath and other leading Automation and Low Code technologies.
Leading the full lifecycle implementation of RPA and Low Code solutions, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Providing technical leadership and architectural oversight for the software development team, ensuring best practices in RPA using tools like UiPath, Quickbase, and SAP.
Analyzing internal customer processes to identify RPA opportunities, recommending strategies and approaches based on client needs and maturity.
Offering continuous guidance and best practices to RPA developers and project managers, enhancing delivery approaches and strategies.
Facilitating effective communication through team and client meetings, ensuring alignment and understanding of project objectives and progress.
Designing, build, and support the rollout of technology solutions, maintaining a focus on innovation and efficiency.
Leading the creation and review of technical documentation, acting as a key point of escalation for automation challenges.
Championing best practice design principles, identifying opportunities for reusable components and efficient process automation.
Contributing to the development and refinement of best practices, standards, and documentation to enhance the team's capabilities.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related experience
Experience in operations or process consultancy.
Experience in UiPath.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
SAP user experience
Experience in Technical writing
Proven expertise in UiPath for end-to-end automation design.
Significant experience with business process improvement initiatives across the enterprise.
Strong understanding of the implications, opportunities, and challenges of RPA in various business domains.
Familiarity with Agile development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
