What you’ll be doing...

• Continuously evaluating the evolving Industry landscape and bring in Innovative ideas that are relevant to Consumer space.
• Understanding technical and functional architecture of current systems in Consumer and bring in new technology and architectural recommendations.
• Evaluating products that are relevant to the consumer applications and programs.
• Working with startups to drive partnerships in developing Niche solutions for Consumer Business.
• Driving innovation in Verizon Consumer Group using hackathon's and ideathons.

Where you’ll be working…

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Six or more years of experience leading design, development and architecture of IT systems.
• Six or more years of relevant experience engaging in product, technology and Industry evaluations.
• Experience in filing patents and should be holding white papers and patent.
• Five or more years of experience in defining architecture and building solutions with latest technologies like Google Dialog Flow, ReactJS, Springboot, AIML and LLMs.
• Experience in Call Center Solution, Web Application Solution and AI/GenAI Solution deployments at scale.
• Affiliations with architecture and design industry forums.
• Awareness of Security and Legal requirements related to IT solutions
• Experience in driving innovation in organizations via hackathons, ideathons and technology evangelism.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong relationship skills and collaborative style to enable success across multiple partners.
• Strong commercial mindset and orients to driving business value (revenue growth and expense mitigation).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and organization skills.
