This role is within the Value Digital / Customer Experience team where we create and improve digitally-led experiences for our customers, striving for reliable, simple, exceptional world-class journeys.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing, customizing, and implementing AEM solutions based on project requirements.

  • Developing and maintaining web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  • Integrating AEM with third-party systems and platforms as needed.

  • Implementing AEM authoring solutions and custom components to meet project requirements.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows.

  • Optimizing web applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

  • Troubleshooting and debuging issues related to AEM authoring and front-end development.

  • Staying updated on emerging AEM trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Evaluating and recommending key technology elements for the front-end and content management areas of the next-gen platform

  • Collaborating with Solution and Enterprise Architects to ensure technical direction lines up with broader Digital strategies

  • Acting as primary technical contact for items related to front-end and content management, interfacing with members of brand teams, operations/support, analytics, customer experience, and others

  • Participating in an Agile squad (scrum team), helping the group meet delivery schedules

  • Working with the Product Manager, define KPI's to measure/monitor implementation progress and value, as well as the on-going state of the platform(s)

What we’re looking for:

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Four or more years of experience on Frontend/Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap). Code repository tools such as Git.

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Development.

  • Effective code review, quality, performance tuning experience.

  • Four or more years of experience working in cross functional development/design teams.

  • Three or more years on agile teams delivering value in digital products.

  • Two or more years working with large development teams and legacy systems.

  • Two or more years with client management or handling big stakeholder teams from prominent brands.

  • Experience with a modern UI framework.

  • Proven track record of delivering products that customers love to use.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • AEM certification.

  • Implement AEM authoring solutions and custom components to meet project requirements.

  • Superb communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical, debugging skills.

  • Experience with UI framework.

  • Experience with monitoring tools like NewRelic.
