What you’ll be doing...

• Review sourcing savings projects to ensure full compliance i.e. review, approve and validate that the projects align to our guidelines.

• Generation of monthly invoices and related activity for all Sourcing teams (Sourcing & Roaming).

• Monthly/ Quarterly Ad Hoc Reporting

• Weekly Metrics Reporting

• Providing savings training to sourcing teams.

• Enhance and develop further the Savings validation process

• Strengthen and advance the current True Up process

• General Financial/Accounting/Tax/Local Irish Authorities engagement & support.

• Continue to ensure the integrity of the savings data by auditing the spend data and reconcile with the various internal teams.

• Support and Lead the development and execution of various types of operational and strategic business initiatives and projects, which may include process improvement and strategic facing projects.

• Lead and contribute to process identification, development and process management

• Manage, control and own big data analysis and supporting teams on understanding data and implementing findings.

• Monthly variance reporting – savings / T&E

• Assist with setting up annual savings outlooks and forecasts.

You'll need to have:

• Degree or relevant work experience.

• Experience conducting research and or analyses.

• Managed projects for multiple stakeholders.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience in financial operations.

• Experience in compliance role.
