The position is responsible for generating sales revenue by focusing on the acquisition of new accounts within the Fortune 1000 Enterprise business space. Goals and sales targets are met by developing and leading a skilled outside sales team. This position provides support to the sales team in outbound prospecting strategy and developing channel referrals. The most effective leaders succeed by partnering across the Connect organization and balancing solution selling to new prospects and existing clients.
Main Responsibilities
Manage multiple Strategic and Enterprise Client Partners
Plan and prioritize activity and sales pipeline for the team to achieve goals with an emphasis on team management, productivity and accurate forecasting.
Meet regularly with team members to provide feedback, coaching, and direction for successful outcomes.
Identify, plan, and execute strategies for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Communicate with other various departments in collaborative efforts and maintain relationships with these departments to ensure future sales and customer success.
Navigate effectively through the company structure and culture to achieve the desired outcomes for the team.
Build strong, diverse, and inclusive teams and identify and select high quality talent to develop and retain.
Create a team environment which motivates all employees to do their best and set the tone at the top for a respectful and supportive workplace.

What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree
Six or more years of relevant SAAS Sales Experience.
Experience with sales Management
Experience with sales mentorship and team Management leadership
Even better if you have:
- Consistency in meeting and exceeding targets for a sustained amount of time.
- Experience with positively impacting the performance and results of others on their team and/or in the office.
Where you’ll be working
In this mobile role, you'll primarily work from customer or field location(s), with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings.
