What you’ll be doing...
Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Compliance & Change Manager to ensure our organization adheres to all contractual obligations while effectively managing changes within those contracts. This role will be instrumental in directing compliance activities across the organization to ensure timely delivery of positive outcomes and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Contract Review & Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to identify obligations, potential risks, and opportunities for optimization.
Compliance Monitoring: Develop and implement robust processes for timely notification of critical contract events, including renewals, terminations, and deadlines. Track deliverables, performance metrics, and key milestones to ensure adherence to contract terms. Proactively identify potential compliance issues and recommend improvements to organizational procedures.
Change Management: Expertly evaluate, negotiate, and implement contract amendments and variations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operational, solution, and legal departments to draft, negotiate, and execute contracts and legal agreements.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and assess potential compliance risks. Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize organizational exposure.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and comprehensive understanding of contract terms, amendments, and potential changes.
Documentation & Reporting: Manage the approval process for all contract documents throughout their lifecycle, from pre-contract phases to post-signature execution. Maintain meticulous records of contracts, amendments, legal agreements, and compliance activities with a focus on continuous monitoring and adherence.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Three or more years of proven professional experience in contract management, compliance, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Proven experience leading bridge calls with multiple participants.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, with emphasis on editing, tracking, and document management capabilities.
Strong understanding of telecommunications, networking, and VoIP infrastructure, including technologies such as MPLS, fixed wireless access, Microsoft Teams, and unified communications solutions.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
ITIL v3 Foundations certification or higher.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated tenacity and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of driving resolution for complex issues.
Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $78,000.00 and $144,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
