What you’ll be doing...
As an Activation Experience Design Lead, your primary responsibility will be to define design strategies that assist businesses and organizations in identifying and addressing challenges by concentrating on users' and communities' needs. In addition, you will be tasked with developing schematic maps of engagement systems and various interaction models.
Demonstrating proficiency in identifying new opportunities for innovation and business growth is essential. This encompasses a thorough understanding of user and community needs, the ability to reframe challenges based on those needs, and the application of customer-centric design methodologies to prototype, develop, and validate new products, services, and business models.
Generating innovative ideas, solutions, and opportunities and finding ways to apply those ideas to enhance business results.
Investigating problem statements and creative intelligence to tackle complicated use cases.
Crafting solutions based on sound usability principles, research and technical feasibility.
Conducting user testing to gain insights and understand needs.
Expressing solutions through design documents such as sitemaps, information architecture, user flows, storyboards, and wireframes.
Partnering with the broader design team on research and integrating findings into design through an iterative process.
Performing competitive audits and providing recommendations.
