Their extensive reach and solidified position in the market underscore our commitment to accessible, high-quality wireless solutions across diverse retail environments.
Visible: Visible, as a standalone brand family, caters to the digitally-savvy, single-line customers who prefer streamlined, online-first interactions. This brand is a testament to our adaptability, embracing the digital evolution of customer engagement.
Simple Mobile: Carving out a niche of its own, Simple Mobile shines as the premier choice among authorized resellers. Its consistent recognition as the most carried brand in Wave7 Research’s prepaid dealer survey for 36 consecutive quarters speaks volumes about its popularity and reliability.
SafeLink: SafeLink remains dedicated to serving customers through government subsidies. With a strategic pivot towards Lifeline in the absence of ACP, SafeLink continues to fulfill its mission of providing essential communication services to those in need.
What you’ll be doing...
As a Experience Designer II (INTL) you will be aligned to these activity
Design
Design Creation: Assist in the creation of digital design materials, primarily focused on internal and external corporate presentation collateral and communications
Design Modifications: Collaborate with internal teams to make necessary modifications and revisions to existing designs based on feedback and requirements
Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects, ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines and standards
Layout and Composition: Apply advanced design techniques, typography, and color theory to create aesthetically pleasing layouts that effectively communicate the intended message and engage the target audience
Asset Editing: Perform basic image editing tasks, such as cropping, resizing, retouching, and color adjustments, to enhance the visual appeal of designs
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with experience marketing and operations to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality designs within established deadlines
File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for the team
Research and Inspiration: Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to the team
Operations
Reporting: Assist in the preparation of Investment Management presentations and read out’s for Senior Management for month end results and any ad hoc needs throughout the month
Data Governance: Establish and maintain portfolio budget documentation in real time
What we’re looking for...
You're an experienced design practitioner who can contribute experience and technical capability in at least one of our core fields (i.e., Research and Insights, Product Strategy, Interface Architecture, and Visual Systems). You have the desire and potential to grow beyond your core areas of expertise and are accountable for your growth as an individual practitioner. You produce sound, effective design solutions and collaborate with your team to generate ideas.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Four or more years of experience in Graphic Design
Experience with Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets)
Practical experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design principles, layout, and typography. Proficient Mac user
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts that effectively communicate messages and evoke desired emotion
Strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver accurate and precise designs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project requirements
Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Degree in Design or related field of study.
Graduate academic portfolio demonstrates capabilities and promise.
Experience in professional or internship.
Contribution to one or more design programs or shipped products
A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends, technologies, and project requirements
A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and demonstrating your understanding of design principles and techniques
