What you’ll be doing...

As a Network Performance Engineer, you'll be responsible for testing and analyzing network coverage. You’ll be participating in cross-functional projects and working in a collaborative environment with other passionate and skilled team members to create a positive impact on our business.

  • Evaluating service performance trends and isolating root causes of impacted services.

  • Providing technical analysis, troubleshooting, and training assistance to markets and regions as requested.

  • Optimizing networks using traditional and innovative means.

  • Supporting stakeholder organizations to identify and solve complex problems.

What we’re looking for...

You’re tech savvy, and well-versed in all things telecommunications No stranger to a fast-paced environment, you manage multiple assignments, and competing priorities while staying focused on important deadlines. You can quickly build relationships with a diverse range of people and explain complex technical issues in a way that everyone can understand.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.

  • One or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.

  • Experience in working with high speed wireless technologies.

  • Strong communication skills.
