What you'll be doing…

As Supply Chain ERP Functional Consultant in IT Corporate Systems group, you will be a functional lead for Supply Chain area in strategic and transformation initiatives such as 1ERP. 1ERP is a multi-year program to consolidate various ERP platforms into a single ERP platform to drive efficiencies. The primary function of this role is intended to take a broad-based view of business processes across core functional domain for both US and global business entities. The primary responsibility will be to leverage your deep understanding of the core processes of Supply Chain. You will deliver best in class out of box capabilities through planning, analysis, design and leading development teams to realize the business processes. These will be enterprise-wide business processes centered on SAP S/4 HANA ERP platform and spanning across other SAP and non-SAP systems.

This role will interface with business partners, system integration leads, and development lead in order to fulfill the stated primary goal.

  • Gathering preparation, Configuration, Prepare Test Scenarios and Test Scripts.

  • Preparing Functional Specifications, cutover strategies and issue resolution post Go Live.

  • Creating and tracking SAP OSS notes and working with SAP to resolve issues.

  • Preparing reports and training materials, training personnel, and delivering presentations.

  • Implementing SAP Best Practices Business Processes, Global templates, and configuration of these Best Practices.

  • Identifying as-is processes and to-be processes and Map Business Processes in SAP S/4 Hana System

Where you'll be working…

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we're looking for…

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of experience in SAP Functional and customization or relevant work experience.

  • Experience working directly with SAP Logistics Processes on the SAP S4/HANA.

  • Experience working on at least one full life cycle implementation projects experience in S/4 Hana.

  • Experience in End-to-End configuration skills in Inventory, Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, etc. on S/4 Hana.

  • Experience in MRP, Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Inventory Management, Pricing, Billing, Purchasing including requisitions, purchase orders, outline agreements and PIRs.

  • Experience in Business Processes relating to SAP Logistics and Integration with Finance-SD, MM, IBP and Ariba.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong experience in capital procurement.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • SAP certification in Sourcing and Procurement or related areas.

  • Experience with SAP sales and distribution.

  • Knowledge in SAP Finance & controlling.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.

  • Experience with strong integration knowledge with middleware, SAP security.
