What you’ll be doing...
You will be part of a centralized full stack delivery team which is responsible for delivery of critical applications like wireless store operations and auction platforms. If you are passionate about innovative solutions and be part of a team that works on all the latest and greatest technologies to focus on best of class user experience, this is something that you are looking for.
- Designing and coding highly scalable and highly available applications with world class user experience for Verizon.
- Developing next gen applications using open source (React JS, Java, Spring, Spring Boot) in the AWS cloud enabled environment and based on North Star Reference Architecture.
- Participating in design discussions for end-to-end experiences and enhancements across all customer touch points and channels.
- Participating in day to day activities involving design, development, test support, deployment.
- Working in a positive, collaborative working environment that in stills respect, trust, quality and success as its core goals.
- Developing and designing enterprise-class web applications for critical business activities.
Where you’ll be working…
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
- Two or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in React JS,Jquery, HTML 5 and CSS3.
- Experience in JAVA/J2EE based web applications/frameworks (Spring / Spring Boot), web services and SQL/PLSQL.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Development.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, JIRA, Gitlab and DevOps process.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Master's degree.
- Experience in Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Experience in non functional requirements such as Unit testing, Test automation, Metrics etc.
- Experience in security vulnerabilities and ability to ensure we don’t deliver code with vulnerability.
