Where you'll be working…
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What you’ll be doing…
You will be responsible for the functional testing in SAP S/4 HANA of key modules on the supply chain. You will be part of a centralized ERP team that hosts all the key ERP integration functions. If you are passionate about functional testing on multiple platforms/boundary systems and are part of a team that works on all the latest and greatest technologies to focus on best-of-class user experience, this is something that you are looking for.
Developing software test cases & Tests independently in testing scope including unit, functional, exploratory, regression, performance, and security testing that include automated elements and any other relevant tests to the project quality assurance.
Writing and maintaining test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on specifications and requirements for technically complex software projects.
Providing Walkthrough of the existing/new scenarios to the test automation team for developing automated testcases
Executing, Identifying, communicating, and documenting discrepancies encountered during the testing process. Create, review, and update software defects in the defect tracking database.
Assisting other Automation Engineers with functional issues they encounter. Preparing Reusable functions, which improve the robustness, re-usability, and maintainability of their test scripts.
Participating in the project intake, project plan, and test planning, strategy discussions, and providing inputs from a functional testing perspective
Collaborating with the Continuous Deliver (CD) team to ensure the Automation Framework integrates seamlessly with the CD pipeline.
Working independently under minimum supervision. A strong sense of responsibility and quality focus, fast learning, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
Multi-tasking with High attention to detail with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, triage issues, and react well to changes in a fast-paced environment.

Be a team player by sharing knowledge and adopting best testing practices. You need to scale up and learn new technologies/functionalities on the job as needed.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree of Two or more years.
Two or more years of relevant work experience
Experience in SAP Functional Domain specific to Supply Chain - Preferably in Procurement, Sourcing, SD, MM
Experience in Testing E2E strategic initiatives.
Experience with software defect tracking systems such as qTest, JIRA, Agile Studio, Quality Center, or relevant. Reporting, troubleshooting, and retesting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable in proactively communicating with others both within and outside of the immediate team to resolve issues and get questions answered is required.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues promptly.
Even better if you have:
SAP Functional Certification in Supply Chain Modules
Experience with automation tools preferably TOSCA
Experience in Test Strategy Planning, Reporting
Experience in SOAP UI Automation/ Performance Testing etc.
Experience in testing security/functional vulnerabilities and ability to ensure we don’t deliver code with vulnerability.
