What you’ll be doing…

Join our world-class team and help us drive the future of the telecom industry! We’re building a cutting-edge, centralized platform to deliver autonomous network use cases powered by AI/ML. As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in developing this platform and its use cases, directly impacting network performance and customer experience.

  • Collaborating with business product owners, coaches, data engineers/scientists, and system architects to design and implement end-to-end solutions.

  • Analyzing business requirements and translate them into technical designs aligned with company architecture standards.

  • Identifying and align project requirements, conducting thorough impact analyses.

  • Partnering with business teams, external vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality, production-ready code.

  • Performing hands-on coding to develop new modular, reusable services/APIs or enhance existing ones.

  • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.

  • Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for continuous integration environments.

  • Writing well-tested, idiomatic, and documented components with comprehensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks.

What we’re looking for…

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in full stack development with proven expertise in: ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, Python, Kafka, RDBMS, PL/SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

  • Experience with GCP technologies, particularly BigQuery.

  • Proficiency in complex SQL and DevSecOps practices.

  • Experience with stream-processing systems.

  • Strong design skills and in-depth knowledge of multi-tier application development frameworks.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and adaptability to changing business priorities.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.

  • Ability to design efficient database solutions and optimize existing database architectures.

  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders.

  • Experience working in a Product Agile environment.

  • Knowledge of functional automation tools and a strong quality-focused mindset.

  • Understanding of security concepts, secure coding practices, network elements, and architectures, with the ability to guide the team.

  • Experience leading and managing teams to deliver successful products.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
