What you’ll be doing...
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distinguished Data Scientist to join our growing team. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge data science solutions to address complex business challenges. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Deliverables:
FWA Analytics Models: FWA Health Score, Multi Variate Anomaly Detection, FWA forecasting
TC Analytics: Trusted Connection Knowledge Agent
Security Health Scores: ZTNA Health Score Model, EUX Health Score Model
SDWAN Models : Repurpose production models NHS, MACD and TSF for new data sources
GCP Enablement: Onboard Data and Models in GCP
Responsibilities will include:
Lead end-to-end data science projects: From problem definition and data acquisition to model development, deployment, and performance monitoring.
Develop and implement machine learning models: Utilizing various techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, and natural language processing.
Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze and interpret complex data sets, and create visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing: To identify patterns, trends, and insights from data.
Build and maintain data pipelines: To ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis.
Communicate complex technical findings: To both technical and non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements: In data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists: To foster their growth and development.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience in data science with a focus on machine learning, statistics, and data visualization.
Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
Ability to lead and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
Basic understanding for telecom networks such as 4G/5G, LAN, WAN.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Advanced Degree in a Quantitative Field: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Certifications in data science, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
