What you’ll be doing...

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior ServiceNow Design Subject Matter Expert to join our growing team. As a design authority, you will play a critical role in shaping and guiding the implementation of ServiceNow solutions across our organization. You will be responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into robust, scalable, and user-friendly ServiceNow designs. This is a highly visible role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Design Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, encompassing various modules like ITSM, ITOM, TSM, TSOM, OMT, SPM, CSM, etc.

  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy.

  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution designs, including process flows, data models, user interfaces, and integrations with other systems.

  • Development Guidance: Provide technical guidance and oversight to developers throughout the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles.

  • Solution Validation: Validate developed solutions against design specifications and business requirements, conducting rigorous testing to ensure functionality and usability.

  • Best Practices & Innovation: Champion ServiceNow best practices and stay abreast of the latest platform features and industry trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation. Actively contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the team and across the organization.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Six or more years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, with a strong focus on design and architecture.

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules (ITSM, ITOM, TSM, TSOM, OMT, SPM, CSM, etc.), scripting, integrations, and best practices.

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant and user-friendly ServiceNow solutions.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree in a technical field.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. Advanced certifications like ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
